2025 (Redshirt Senior):Â Appeared in all 12 games as Florida State's long snapper...Don Powell Award winner and Special Teams MVP in FSU's End-of-Year Awards...ended collegiate career with 37 games played, including 30 at Florida State...redshirt freshman kicker Jake Weinberg was 12-of-19 on field goals and FSU made all 48 point-after tries in 2025...punter Mac Chiumento averaged 44.0 yards per punt, with 13 punts downed inside the 20 and six of over 50 yards.
2024 (Redshirt Junior): Served as Florida State’s long snapper for all 12 games…Special Teams Newcomer of the Year…CSC Academic All-District…third piece of FSU’s top special teams unit in nation…punter Alex Mastromanno was Consensus All-American and led nation with 49.3 yards per punt and 30 punts of over 50 yards while setting ACC single-season punting record and re-writing FSU record book for punters…kicker Ryan Fitzgerald joined Mastromanno as first-team All-American from AFCA and was perfect on season, making all 13 field goals and all 14 extra points…most made field goals without miss nationally…both players were finalists for their position’s national player of the year awards.
2023 (Redshirt Sophomore): Appeared in six games…made FSU debut in 66-13 win vs. Southern Miss, snapping for game’s first PAT attempt…also saw action in 31-24 victory at Clemson, 39-17 win vs. Virginia Tech, 41-3 win vs. Syracuse, 58-13 win vs. North Alabama and 24-15 victory at Florida.
BEFORE FSU: Spent first two collegiate seasons at Ohio State…appeared in seven games and was starting long snapper for final six games in 2022, including CFP Semifinal at Peach Bowl…Academic All-Big Ten…redshirted 2021 season…rated as No. 6 long snapper nationally in high school class of 2021 by Kornblue Kicking…also wrestled in high school…won 1A state championship at 220 pounds to complete undefeated senior season…spent first three seasons at Jesuit High School, finishing second in 2A state championship at 220 pounds as sophomore and runner-up in heavyweight division his junior year.
