Q: How do I get a student ticket? Students have access to the student ticket allotment for Football and Men's Basketball by signing into their account through the Student Tickets portal. First time users will need to activate their account with the last twelve (12) digits of their Student ID and their PIN number. Your PIN number is your birth month and birth year, (ex. Since all student seats are general admission and the best seats will be filled first come, first served all students are encouraged to enter the game early so that everyone has a seat by kickoff.
Q: Will I be able to sit with my friends? All student seating at Doak Campbell Stadium is general admission, it is recommended that you and your friends arrive together to ensure you get seats together in your preferred seat location. The "saving" of seats for late arriving friends is not allowed.
Q: Can I purchase guest tickets? Yes, students can purchase up to two (2) guest tickets for most games. Guest tickets will not be available for purchase for the Miami game.
Q: What Loyalty Points are given to students based on seniority? Seniority points will be given at the start of each academic year (start of each Fall semester) based on class standing through FSU credit hours completed. A Freshman will receive five (5) points. A Sophomore will receive ten (10) points. A Junior will receive fifteen (15) points. A Senior or Graduate student will receive twenty (20) points.
Q: How are additional Loyalty Points earned? You can join the Student Boosters and receive ten (10) points. Students can earn two (2) points for attending all selected home events. * Points will not be given for attending the Miami football game.

You will be able to determine your ordering window by logging into your Student Ticket Account and seeing the amount of Loyalty Points that you have accumulated. You can than check the chart on the student page that will be updated weekly so that you can see where you fall.
Q: Why are students with high numbers of Loyalty Points not guaranteed a ticket? No student is guaranteed a ticket to a game because all eligible, student activities fee paying students should have an opportunity to obtain a ticket to each game. For this reason, no one is guaranteed a ticket to any particular game based on Loyalty Points. However, the more points you have the better your chances are of receiving a ticket.
Q: How does the ordering window work? The students will be divided into three (3) groups for the high demand games. The group with the highest number of accumulated Loyalty Points will be allowed to order tickets starting at 5 pm Sunday the week of the game. We will open the window for the second group of students to start ordering their ticket at 5 pm Monday the week of the game. If any tickets remain, we will open the window for all of the students at 5 pm the Tuesday the week of the game. We will continue to take orders until all student tickets have been distributed.
Q: Why can't all students who want to attend games be allowed into the stadium? Due to safety issues related to overcrowding, the number of tickets issued must be limited to the number of student seats available.
Q: What if I misplace my Student ID or it is broken or can't be read? Will I still be able to get in? You must have your Student ID swiped in order to gain entrance into Football, Men's and Women's Basketball and Baseball games. You also need to have your ID swiped at all Loyalty Point events in order to receive credit for attending. If you misplace your Student ID, it is broken or unable to be read, you will need to get a new ID through the FSU Card Center. You must also complete the Change of FSU Student ID Form to make sure the ticket office has your new card information. No other photo ID will be accepted for admission, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Q: How do I dispute a Loyalty Point discrepancy? Students have three (3) working days after attending events to verify they have received the appropriate number of Loyalty Points for attendance. Students need to fill out and submit the Loyalty Points Dispute Form within the three (3) day limit. After three (3) days, the number of Loyalty Points becomes permanent in their account. The ticket office will handle the appeal process.
Q: How are students with disabilities accommodated at Doak Campbell Stadium? Students with disabilities can enter Doak Campbell Stadium through Gates L & M, an elevator is located inside Gate L which allows access to the second level concourse which has a disabled seating area. This seating is first come first serve. Doak Campbell Stadium is designed with accessible restrooms, concessions, water fountains and seating areas in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Q: What are my rights and responsibilities as an FSU student Football/Basketball/Baseball ticket holder? Student tickets give the owner the right to view the event from their seat. Student ticket holders cannot enter the playing field, locker rooms or any other areas restricted to authorized personnel, and cannot interfere with others enjoyment of the event. Students are not allowed to throw anything onto the field or into the surrounding stands. Those who violate these terms will be ejected and could face further sanctions. Student ticket holders assume all risk of personal injury and loss or damage to personal property.
