Tallahassee, Fla. - Following the annual garnet and gold scrimmage, the Florida State volleyball team takes on its first non-conference competition as it plays host to the FSU Invitational August 24 and 25 in Tully Gymnasium.

Making the trip to Tallahassee this year will be Texas Christian University, UNC Asheville and Florida Gulf Coast University. The Seminoles will play against the Bulldogs of UNCA at 10:00 a.m. and the TCU Horned Frogs at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday the 25. This is Florida State's first meeting with both teams.
