All-America season in 2012 highlighted Stepanova's massive improvement from junior to senior year ... became the team's go-to option offensively, putting down several spectacular kills ... led FSU's unprecedented run to the NCAA National Semifinals in 2012.

SENIOR YEAR (2011) AT FSU:
-AVCA Second Team All-American - making her the second Seminole to ever earn non-honorable mention All-America honors

-FSU Invitational Tournament MVP
-ACC Co-Player of the Week (Nov. 21)
-Two-time AVSR Player of the Week (Aug. 29, Dec. 5)
-AVSR Global Player of the Year
-Minneapolis Region All-Tournament Team MVP
-Led the Seminoles with 421 kills, 3.29 kills per set and 467 points. She also finished third on the team with 353 digs
-Tied with Visnja Djurdjevic for the team lead with 16 double-doubles
-Finished with 20 kills, a .378 hitting percentage, nine digs and two blocks for a tremendous all-around performance in Elite Eight win over Iowa State, the biggest win in program history
-Totaled 31 kills and 3.44 kills per set in the Minneapolis Region
-Led FSU with 27 kills in NCAA Tournament wins over Albany and Cincinnati, including the match-ending kill to send FSU back to the NCAA Regional Semifinals
-Recorded three 20-plus kill performances at Dayton (21), versus Iowa State (20) and at Clemson
-Put together 22 digs in FSU's NCAA Regional Semifinal win over Purdue

JUNIOR YEAR (2010) AT FSU:
-Kentucky Invitational All-Tournament Team after compiling 41 kills (2.93 kills per set), 41 digs and five blocks in victories over Kansas State, Kentucky and VCU
-In 31 matches played, finished third on the team in kills (281) and digs (260)
-Recorded 20 kills in two matches against Kansas State (Sept. 10) and Duke (Oct. 24)
-Also had a season-high 17 digs at Kansas State
-Registered double-digit kills in 14 matches, including a season-ending streak of four against Maryland (13), Miami (16), Georgia Southern (12) and Florida (15) despite battling injury
-Had a season-high .583 attack percentage on seven kills at Houston
-Finished second on FSU with 10 double-doubles

SOPHOMORE YEAR (2009) AT MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY-WEST PLAINS:
-Named to the National Junior College Athletic Association Division I Women's All-American team
-American Volleyball Coaches Association's (AVCA) Two-Year College All-American team
-Registered 442 kills in 111 sets for a .327 hitting percentage
-Led the team with nearly four kills (3.98) per set
-Posted 423 digs and 49 blocks

SOPHOMORE YEAR (2008) AT MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY-WEST PLAINS:
-Second-team JUCO All-American
-Led her team in kills (685), kills per set (4.1), sets played (168), digs (576), digs per set (3.4) and aces (34).
-Tallied 104 blocks.

PERSONAL: Born March 19, 1989 ... majoring in international studies ... swam in high school ... can speak Russian, English and Latvian ... athlete she'd most like to meet is Alexander Ovechkin ... looks up to her mother the most ... favorite quote is by Muhammad Ali, which says, "I hated every minute of training, but I said don't quit.
