REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2013) -Had the best performance in blocking this year against (then No.12) North Carolina with a total of 14. It was the best showing since Ashley Neff put up 14 on Sept. 1, 2012 against Georgia and NC State on Oct. 9, 2011. It contributed towards a team-high 28 blocks. Burrington was highlighted in the five-set thrilling upset over the Tarheels with a season-high 13 kills while hitting .571 percent. -Put up 149 total blocks in her rookie year. -Finished the year with a total of 226 kills, hitting for .342. -Against ranked opponents, Burrington averaged 1.34 blocks per set. -Finished the season as one of the best blockers in the conference (7th 1.20 per set). -Burrington was one of the more efficient hitters for the Seminoles. While having double-digit kills, she hit .400 or better in six matches. Overall, she recorded 12 matches above that mark. -After the Seminoles changed the lineup, Burrington was asked to play defense in the back row for a rotation. While on the defense she posted a season-high of five digs in the 3-0 sweep over (then No. 13) Duke.
