Volleyball Hosts Senior Weekend

Four senior student-athletes in Rachael Morgan, Jekaterina Stepanova, Patricia Figueiredo and Visnja Djurdjevic will be recognized prior to FSU's Friday night contest.

SENIOR YEAR (2011) AT FSU:
-Did not play in her final year due to a back injury that limited her in the preseason

JUNIOR YEAR (2010) AT FSU:
-Played in all 33 matches and recorded 619 assists (4.76 assists per set)
-Added 25 service aces (third on the team) and recorded 163 digs (1.25 per set)
-Recorded a season-high 29 assists in a 3-1 victory at Miami on Sept. 18
-One of her two double-doubles came in the first round of the NCAA Championship vs. Georgia Southern, picking up 16 assists and 12 digs in a 3-1 FSU win
-Season-high set percentage came at Florida A&M on Nov. 27 when she recorded 15 assists in 28 total attempts (.536)
-Recorded three service aces in two matches (Aug. 28 vs. USF, Oct. 24 vs. Duke)

SOPHOMORE YEAR (2009) AT MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY-WEST PLAINS:
-Named to the National Junior College Athletic Association Division I Women's All-American team
-American Volleyball Coaches Association's (AVCA) Two-Year College All-American team
-Led her team with 620 assists and five assists per set.
-Posted 222 kills in 124 sets played for a .272 hitting percentage
-Finished with 315 digs and 35 aces

FRESHMAN YEAR (2008) AT MISSOURI STATE UNIVERSITY-WEST PLAINS:
-Recorded 347 digs and 2.16 digs per set
-Tallied 123 kills and a .315 hitting percentage in 161 sets
-Registered 31 aces.
