Jenny Fette, who served as an assistant coach for two seasons under Todd Kress at Northern Illinois University, enters her second season as an assistant with the Seminole volleyball program. Fette joined Kress when he accepted the head-coaching position at Florida State in February of 2002. As an assistant under Kress, Fette’s primary responsibility is setter training. She is also responsible for recruiting, scouting opponents, running drills, evaluating performances in practice and charting the offense during games. Fette also serves as the coordinator for the Todd Kress Florida State Volleyball Camp.

During her two years at Northern Illinois, Fette was responsible for running individual setter training sessions, scouting opponents, running drills and evaluating performances in practice as well as charting the offense during matches. She was the recruiting coordinator for the Huskies and assisted in the Northern Illinois Volleyball Camps.

Before working at the collegiate level, Fette gained experience coaching at the club level. Between February and May of 2000, Fette coached the Sports Express, a 15-year old junior club team in Cincinnati, Ohio. She coached the Glass City Volleyball Company, a 17-year old junior club tea in Toledo, Ohio, between January of 1998 and July of 1999.

In December of 1998, Fette received her bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of Toledo, where she also lettered in volleyball from 1994-97.
