A look back on the highlights of the recent season for Florida State women's tennis.


Seminoles Fall to Top-Seeded Georgia

The No. 37 Seminoles are eliminated from the NCAA Championships by No. 1 Georgia by a score of 4-0 on May 10.


Borthwick's Thriller Lifts FSU Into NCAA Second Round

The No. 37 Seminoles defeated No. 27 Arizona 4-3 in the first round of the NCAA Championships.


Florida State to Play Arizona in NCAA Championships

The No. 42 Seminoles will participate in their eighth straight NCAA Championships.


Seminoles Fall to UNC at ACC Championships

No. 42 Florida State is eliminated from the 2014 ACC Championships by No. 11 North Carolina.

Senior 2013-14:
Spring: Recorded a 4-9 mark in singles with two wins each on courts five and six...clinched the match against Stetson on January 19 with a 7-6 (9-7), 7-5 win over Lindsey Cable...had a straight-set in on Senior Day against Carol Kahoun of Virginia Tech, 6-1, 6-3...her 7-6, 6-1 win over Syrcause's Komal Safdar in the ACC Tournament helped FSU to win the match and advance to the quarterfinals for the eighth straight season.

Fall: Finished with a 3-6 record in singles and a 3-5 record in doubles...paired up with Duda Santos and advanced to the quarterfinals of the USTA Clay Court Invitational at Disney before falling to the eventual champions from Texas A&M...had a nice three-set victory at the same tournament over New Mexico's Natasha Smith, 6-4, 4-6, 6-2.

Junior 2012-13:
Appeared in one match during the spring for the Seminoles...went on to defeat Gabriela Srodowski of Maryland 6-3, 5-7, 1-0...recorded an overall showing of 2-2 in singles and 2-1 in doubles.

2010-2012 (With State College of Florida, Sarasota-Manatee):
Porry contributed to a team runner-up finish at the NJCAA championships in just their first year of existence...was named as the FCCAA Tennis Player of the Year as the Manatee's won the state title in both 2011 and 2012.

Born Sept. 15, 1990...daughter of Alain and Olivette Porry...younger sister is a member of the UCF women's tennis team...while with the State College of Florida, she had the highest team GPA for both 2011 and 2012. Played in six international junior tournaments during 2007-2008 in singles...reached the championship match three times during that span of tennis...was coached by Betsy McCormack.
