BACK FROM THE HOLIDAYS
Here we are once again! We all had a great safe holiday season and are excited about the New Year hoping that all of our fans and supporters had the same. With the first week of school under our belts and on the cusp of our season opener everyone here is excited about what is yet to come. We all passed our conditioning test and are ready to start practice. Working hard and focusing on fundamentals will assuredly help us reach our goals. We are also working long and hard for our men's basketball halftime show against Duke on Feb. 2. Trust me you're not going to want to miss this one. It puts last year's show to shame. I will give you a hint- King of Pop. And with the rhythm we have on this team we might even put him to shame. I'm kidding but we could come close. Now that you are up to date on what has been going on around Seminole Softball stay on the look out for more every week on what's happening with our fun team.
Another week down and team practice is in full effect. We have been showing intensity and great fundamentals at such an early part of the year. As for all of the seniors we have had our last first, second, and third practices and are excited for the upcoming scrimmage this Saturday. We are dancin' machines constantly practicing for our dance debut on February 2 at the men's basketball game we can't wait to show everyone what we have been diligently working on. Thanks to Coach Quinn and her creative dancing/ choreographing skills we are going to kill it. On a different note our very own Coach Snider spoke at this week's FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) highlighting forgiveness and teaching others about how God forgives. Lastly, if you enjoy seeing weekly blogs get excited about our new blog. Thanks to our sports information director, Steve Stone, providing us with a flip cam you all, our supporters will get to see what it's like off the field and in our lives. We are happy to show what happens in our everyday lives.
Until next week ... GO NOLES
