Senior Season (2014):
Played in only 38 games after injuring her finger on opening day against Nebraska on Feb. 7...batted .290 (29-for-100) with eight doubles, two home runs, 21 RBI and 16 runs scored...despite playing just over half the season her 23 walks were sixth-most on the team...had six games of drawing two walks to tie a career high...went 1-for-2 with a walk, stolen base, RBI, and run scored in FSU's 8-0 victory over Boston College (3/23)...recorded seven multi-hit games including a three-hit game against Maryland on April 6...went 6-for-9 with three runs, a double, and six RBI in the overall series versus Maryland...notched two hits with an RBI and a run scored against Georgia Tech on April 26...hit two doubles and drove in an RBI against North Carolina in the ACC Semifinal on May 9...had two hits and an RBI in the final game of the NCAA Super Regional against Michigan on May 23...named to the All-ACC Academic Team...earned the team's Golden Torch and "Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki" awards for academic excellence.
Junior Season (2013): Enjoyed a career year ... named a Capital One Third Team Academic All-American ... Golden Nole Award winner ... earned the ACC Top Six for Service Award for her excellent commitment to community service ... Golden Torch Award winner for the second straight season ... earned Co-MVP honors along with teammate Courtney Senas ... finished the season with 13 home runs, a .315 batting average, 54 RBIs, 110 total bases, .618 slugging percentage and 33 walks ... Hensley's 54 RBIs are tied for the third most in school history ... her 13 home runs are the third-most at Florida State ... provided the biggest moment of the season when she delivered a game-tying grand slam in the top of the seventh inning in the championship game of the Mobile Regional on May 19 against South Alabama ... won the Ah-Tah-Ti-Ki Award for the second straight year for outstanding academics at the team banquet ... also received the Most Improved Award ... recorded 11 multiple-hit games, tied for the fourth-most on the team ... led the Seminoles with 15 multiple RBI games, including two games with five or more RBIs ... recorded a 10-game hitting streak ... reached base safely in 14 straight games ... started at five positions, including second base (24), designated player (18), left field (14), first base (6) and third base (1) ... willingly moved to second base to help out a squad decimated by injuries ... was a perfect 2-for-2 from the plate with two RBIs and two runs scored against Bethune-Cookman ... knocked in five RBIs on 3-for-3 hitting with a double, a home run and two runs scored against LIU Brooklyn ... went 3-for-3 with a home run and two RBIs against Appalachian State ... had a career game against Georgia Southern batting 3-for-3 with two doubles, a home run, two runs scored and a career-high six RBIs ... had two hits and three RBIs in the second game of a doubleheader with North Carolina ... batted third for most of the season, appearing there in 36 games ... also batted first (3), fourth (12), fifth (6) and sixth (6) in the order.
Sophomore Season (2012): Named the team's Golden Torch winner for academics ... All-ACC Academic Team member ... stepped in as an everyday starter at first base, starting in 57 of the team's 63 games played ... 54 of her starts came at first base while three were at the designated player position ... finished the year batting .258 with one home run, 14 RBIs, 12 runs scored and two doubles ... drew 20 walks, the fifth-most on the team ... tied for sixth on the team with six multiple-hit games ... tied for fourth on the squad with four multiple-RBI games ... received the Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki-Award at the team banquet for academic excellence ... all six multiple-hit games were two-hit performances coming against Ole Miss, Virginia, Florida, Florida A&M, Georgia Tech and Boston College ... her lone home run was a walk-off blast against N.C. State in game two of a doubleheader that gave FSU an 8-0 win in five innings ... had two RBIs against Western Carolina, N.C. State, Virginia and Florida A&M.
Freshman Season (2011): Finished with two home runs and nine RBIs ... started 23 games and played in 35 ... posted three multiple-hit games against Georgia Southern, Oregon State and Utah ... delivered a pinch-hit, two-run home run to help defeat Florida A&M at home on Feb. 15 ... recorded three multiple-RBI performances versus UNC Greensboro, Florida A&M and Utah.
