2011 ACC ALL-TOURNAMENT TEAM


Sophomore Season (2012):
Hindered by a preseason ankle injury for much of the season ... appeared in 35 games and started 29 at catcher (9) and designated player (20) ... managed the game well as she stayed behind the plate for FSU's final eight games ... batted .174 with one home run, seven RBIs, two doubles and one walk ... her lone home run of the season was an enormous shot at NCAA Women's College World Series participant LSU in FSU's 8-1 win on April 18 ... recorded an important two-run double in ACC Championship opener against N.C. State on May 10 ... recorded two hits apiece against North Carolina (April 1), Maryland (May 6) and versus N.C. State (May 10) ... finished with three multiple-hit games.

Freshman Season (2011):
Emerged as a strong power threat as the season progressed, batting .281 with two home runs and 14 RBIs ... stepped up big during the ACC Championship when she batted .300 with one home run and two runs scored over the three-game stretch ... one of four Seminoles to be named to the ACC All-Tournament Team ... gave FSU a 2-0 lead over Virginia in the semifinals of the ACC Championship when she launched a long two-run homer in the first inning ... hit her first career home run in FSU's 4-3 loss to Virginia Tech on April 3 ... finished the year with a slugging percentage of .406 ... started 28 of her 31 games at the catcher spot while her comfort level noticeably improved behind the plate ... had eight games in which she recorded two base hits ... posted three multiple-RBI games, driving in two runs apiece versus Florida A&M, North Florida and Virginia ... carried a six-game hitting streak and an eight-game stretch of reaching base safely ... team showed a 17-11 record when she was behind the plate ... batted at the cleanup spot in nine games.

High School:
Racked up numerous honors at Columbia High ... Gainesville Sun Weightlifter of the Year ... won the offense award in 2008 ... girls state weightlifting champions in 2010 ... two-time individual weightlifting champion ... made the Columbia High School Hall of Fame ... 2009-10 athlete of the year ... honor roll student.
