Came around to score a run. 2005 Season Highlights: Played in 37 games, making a trio of starts. Florida State's top reserve, including 23 pinch running appearances. Scored seven of her 12 runs as a pinch runner. Member of her third ACC Academic Honor Roll. 2004-05 NFCA Scholar-Athlete All-American. 2005 NCAA Regional Highlights: Played in three of the four games at the Auburn Regional, serving as a pinch runner in all three. Crossed the plate once in both games against Baylor. 2005 Game Highlights: Went 1-for-1 with the first putout of her career against Nicholls State (2/12). Tied career highs with two runs scored and a double vs. SE Louisiana (2/19). Produced runs in back-to-back games against Michigan State (2/25) and No. 25 Fresno State (2/26), including the game-winner against the Bulldogs. 2004 Season Highlights: Led all reserves in batting average (.280), runs (17), home runs (2), slugging (.440), walks (9), on base percentage (.390) and steals (1). Started 14 games and appeared in 45 overall. Improved her offensive numbers in every category from her freshman season. Selected to her second ACC Academic Honor Roll. 2004 WCWS Highlights: Played in one WCWS game versus LSU and tallied one at-bat as a pinch hitter. 2004 NCAA Regional Highlights: Appeared in three games (one against Cal State Northridge and two against Oregon) as a pinch runner . Scored the tying run in the Seminoles' 5-4 12 inning victory over Oregon (5/22). 2004 ACC Tournament Highlights: Scored Florida State's second run of the game in their opening round 3-2 win over Georgia Tech (5/14). 2004 Game Highlights: Had a career day at the plate against St. John's (3/6) with career-highs of three hits in three at-bats and two runs scored. Blasted her first career home run while driving in two and scoring twice against UConn (3/7). Went 2-for-2 with a walk, her second home run, two runs scored and a career-high three RBIs at Florida A&M (4/5). 2003 Season Highlights: Made two starts with 24 games played. Second amongst all freshmen in doubles and third with two RBIs, a .261 slugging percentage and four runs scored. Excelled in the classroom as a member of the ACC Academic Honor Roll. 2003 Game Highlights: Scored the first run of her career against Florida A&M (2/7). Made her first start against No. 8 Georgia (2/8). Had a double and scored a run versus Elon (4/4). Appeared in one game during the ACC Championship, scoring a run as a pinch hitter against Virginia. High School: A two-sport star throughout high school playing, softball and basketball at Westminster Academy in Ft. Lauderdale. Earned First-Team All-County her junior and senior years from the Miami Herald and Ft. Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel. Completed prep tenure with Second-Team All-State honors from both publications after taking home Third-Team accolades as a junior. Named MVP of NSA Tournament and received second team All-County honors from the Miami Herald and Ft. Lauderdale Sun Sentinel for softball as a sophomore after honorable mention accolades as a freshman. Member of Westminster's state championship team her freshman year. Hit a home run in the semifinals. Hardwood honors included Second-Team All-State as a junior from the Herald and Sun-Sentinel after an Honorable Mention accolade the year before.
