If the coaching staff is the engineer that fine tunes the automobile, then strength and conditioning coach Caitlin Quinn is the mechanic that builds the strong engine. In her second season at Florida State, Quinn is responsible for writing and implementing the weight program for the softball squad as well as assisting in implementing the soccer, volleyball and football programs. A native of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, Quinn graduated from Springfield College where she received a B.S. in Applied Exercise Science.
