2002: After battling injuries for her first two seasons, the senior midfielder is having one of her best years…she has appeared in all 22 games and has made one start…she scored her first goal since freshman year and has set a season-high for shots and shots on goal…has been one of FSU’s top reserves and is usually first off the bench when the Seminoles sub on the flanks.

IN THE NCAA’S: Has appeared all four NCAA Tournament games for FSU in 2001 and 2002…provides valuable depth at the wide midfield position in relieving starters Summer Corum, Amber Tollefson and Jez Ratliff.

IN THE ACC: Appeared in all seven conference matches and made her first start since 1999 on Senior Night versus Virginia…has yet to record a shot in a conference match but has provided valuable depth and minutes…has now appeared in 14 straight ACC matches since recovering from various injuries as a freshman and sophomore.

GAME HIGHLIGHTS: Ended a 65-game goal-less streak versus USF. Leah Gallegos, played a great ball to sophomore Marion Cagle. The Tallahassee, Fla. native made a long run down the right side of the pitch and played a beautiful ball into the center of the box. Talley was there waiting and stuck the cross into the back of the net…almost had the biggest assist of her career on Senior Night versus the Cavaliers. Gallegos fired a shot that was blocked in the box but ricocheted to Talley who was making her first start in three years. The wide midfielder sent a bending service through the box about eight yards out from goal that just went over the heads of two Seminoles at the far post.

2001: 2001: Playing the first injury-free season of her career, Talley provided the Seminoles with quality minutes all year long primarily relieving Summer Corum and Amber Tollefson in the wide midfield …appeared in all 24 matches recording two shots and one shot on goal…recorded shots in back-to-back games versus Jacksonville and No. 21 Maryland…her lone shot on goal of the season came in the match versus the Dolphins…became more involved with the Seminole attack as the year progressed…allowed FSU to give both Tollefson and Corum more time to rest during games and her contribution really showed looking at Tollefson’s and Corum’s numbers down the stretch in 2001. Corum recorded all seven of her points in the last ten games and Tollefson posted half of her points in the last eight matches.

2000: Appeared in eight games before nagging injuries ended her 2000 campaign.

1999: Injury forced her to sit out the start of the season...appeared in 18 matches and started four...scored a goal versus South Alabama...tallied two assists including a game winner.

HIGH SCHOOL: Awarded outstanding performance honors as a freshman... named to the 1997 Marietta Daily Journal All-County team...was the Most Valuable Player and an all-county pick as a junior ...voted most valuable defender as a senior…also played softball and basketball for a year.

ODP EXPERIENCE: Participated with Georgia ODP since 1993.

CLUB: Tophat 99 Gold...won the Southern Regionals and advanced to nationals.

ACADEMIC: 2001-2002 ACC Academic Honor Roll.
