2007 - NSCAA Academic First Team All-American...Soccer Buzz Southeast Region Second Team...CoSIDA/ESPN the Magazine Academic All-District Second Team...selected to the ACC All-Tournament team...named to Soccer Buzz Elite Team of the Week (10/8)...started all 27 games in the Seminole backline as a junior and was one of only six Seminole student-athletes to play in every game in 2007...has started 61 consecutive games and has played in all 30 ACC regular season games since arriving in Tallahassee in 2005 - both are the longest, current active streaks on the team...ranked third on the team in minutes played registering 2,415 minutes...currently riding the second longest consecutive minutes played streak on the team at 1,879:09 - a span of 20 straight games...closed out her junior campaign with 12 points on a goal and a season-high 10 assists...led all Seminole defenders in points for the second year in a row...her season assist total ranks tied for third all-time in a single-season at FSU...ranked fifth in the ACC in assists per game at 0.37...became just the fifth Seminole in school history to record double-digit assists in a single-season...joined former teammate Mami Yamaguchi (18) as just the second Seminole duo to record double-digit assists in the same year...tied for the team lead with three game-winning assists with two coming in post season play...registered three assists in ACC play including the game-winner against Maryland...notched her first goal of the season, the game-winner, in FSU's 1-0 victory over Boston College in the first round of the ACC Tournament in Lake Buena Vista, FL...tied a career-high with two assists twice in a regular season win over Francis Marion and in the quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament against Connecticut...part of a defensive unit that allowed a goal or less in 18 of 27 games including three shutouts in the NCAA Tournament...helped the Seminoles to 12 shutouts - second highest total in school history...2007 NCAA TOURNAMENT - Tallied four points in the NCAA Tournament all coming on assists...collected assists in three straight games including back-to-back game-winners against Texas and Connecticut to help advance the Seminoles to their third straight College Cup...holds the school record for career game-winning assists in NCAA Tournament action with four...moved into second place all-time for career tournament assists (6) and fifth place for career tournament points (12 - 3g, 6a)...recorded a season-high six shots against the Longhorns in the third round.

2006 - All-ACC First Team...CoSIDA Third Team Academic All-District...Top Drawer Soccer National Team of the Year First Team...Soccer Buzz National Player of the Year finalist...named to Top Drawer Soccer National Team of the Week (9/11)...named to Soccer Buzz Elite Team of the Week (10/3)...had a breakout season in the Seminole backline...had more points and goals in 2006 than she did in her first season sporting the Garnet and Gold...joined Kristin Boyce as the only Florida State defender to ever be named to the All-ACC First Team...started in all 26 games...part of a backline that set single-season records for shutouts (14) and GAA (0.67) in 2006...finished the season fifth in points (13) with five goals and three assists...scored the second goal of her career and first of the season versus Loyola (MD)...recorded an assist on the second goal against two games against Jacksonville, posted nine points on four goals and an assist including a hat trick in FSU's 6-0 victory in the first round of the NCAA Tournament...had the first game-winning goal of her career in the first contest against the Dolphins...2006 NCAA TOURNAMENT - Put together a fine NCAA Tournament performance in which she scored three goals and had the game-winning assist...has the sixth-most NCAA Tournament points in school history and is tied for fourth all-time with three goals...became the first FSU player to record a hat trick in the NCAA Tournament when she scored three times versus JU...the FSU record holder for most points in an NCAA Tournament game with six...recorded her seventh point of the 2006 postseason on a perfect assist on the lone goal in the Seminoles 1-0 win over Illinois in the third round.

2005 - Soccer Buzz Second Team Freshman All-American...Soccer Buzz All-Region Third Team...quietly put together one of the best rookie seasons at Florida State...finalist for Soccer Buzz's National Freshman of the Year award...just the second FSU player in school history to be nominated for that honor...named to the All-ACC freshman team...started 24 of 25 games...started every ACC match playing all but 27 minutes...scored one goal and recorded three assists...assists came in back-to-back games versus two of the best teams on the FSU schedule (North Carolina and Florida) and then recorded the game-winning assist versus FAU...first career goal came in a 3-1 win over Maryland...fifth on the team in minutes played among field players...part of a defense that allowed an average of 0.86 goals per game becoming the first group in FSU history to allow less than a goal per game...Schmidt and the defense allowed just five goals in 10 non-conference games...allowed just three opponents all season to score more than one goal - the previous record in that category was five...Seminoles allowed just 10 goals in 10 ACC games...three shutouts were the second-most clean sheets ever recorded in a season in ACC play...2005 NCAA TOURNAMENT - Started all five NCAA Tournament games playing all 470 minutes...recorded her first career postseason point as she assisted on the game-winning goal versus FAU in the opening round...she and the defense allowed just three goals in FSU's run to the College Cup and recorded the fifth postseason shutout for FSU in NCAA Tournament play.

GERMAN NATIONAL TEAM - Played with the U-20 German National Team...member of the U-21 squad that captured the 2006 Nordic Cup Championship...played in three matches during the tournament including the championship game against the United States...member of the U-17 and U-19 German National Team...played three games with the U-19 National Team including one match versus Italy...played with the U-17 team that finished second at the Nordic Cup in Sweden.

CLUB - Member of FFC Brauweilev Pulheim who was just promoted to the first division...played for the Vancouver Whitecaps of the W-League during the summer of 2008.

PERSONAL - Daughter of Georg and Doris Schmidt...major is international affairs...earned President's List honors Fall 2007 (4.0 GPA)...five-time member of the Dean's List (Fall 2005, 2006 & Spring 2006, 2007, 2008)...three-time member of the All-ACC Academic Team (2005, 2006, 2007)...ACC Academic Honor Roll (2005-06, 2006 -07, 2007-08).
