Seminoles playing in NCAA West Regional Championship for first time.

On Sordel: One of three seniors who will be a team leader for the Seminoles during the 2003-04 season...has competed in one NCAA Championship, three NCAA Regional Championships and three ACC Championships during her career... has earned three top-25 ACC Championship finishes during her career...averaged a career-low 77.23 strokes in 11 tournaments as a junior...earned her career-best individual finish of third and third career top-10 finish at the 2003 Ryder/Florida Championship...in finishing third, she was only four stokes out of first place in the event with a score of 224...was the third best 54-hole tournament score of her career...tied her career-low single-round score with a 71 in the first round of the 2003 Lady Gator Invitational...also carded a 71 at the third round of the Lady Gator and the Lady Gamecock Invitational during the spring 2002 season...carded more rounds of scores at 75 or below during the fall 2002 and spring 2003 seasons (10) than she did during the first two years of her career (nine)...averages 78.87 strokes per round in 78 rounds during 28 events in her three-year varsity letterwinning career...

Fall 2002: A member of the Seminoles' starting lineup who enjoyed her best season and ranked third on the team with a career-low 77.08 stroke average...third on the team in rounds of par or better (one) and tied for third with three rounds of single-round scores of 75 or less...best round of the season was a 72 in the third round of the Lady Paladin Invitational...carded a three-round score of 229 and finished in a tie for 31st place at the Florida State hosted ACC/SEC Challenge...was her best finish in two career ACC/SEC events...earned the seventh top-25 finish of her career as she finished in a tie for 24th-place at the Landfall Tradition...helped the Seminoles finish second in the team standings in the event...averaged a career-best 77.08 strokes in 12 rounds during four tournaments...
