The Seminoles have won all five meetings with the Eagles since Boston College joined the ACC prior to the 2005-06 season.

FSU claimed both meetings a year ago by double-digits with an 11-point win in Chestnut Hill before opening the ACC Tournament with a 12-point victory.

The Seminole offense has really stepped up as of late averaging 77.9 ppg in the last seven contests while posting a 6-1 record.

FSU is shooting 47.0 percent from the field and 40.2 from behind the arc during the stretch, which has bumped the Seminoles into the top 25 in the country in scoring offense, scoring margin, FG%, and 3FG%.

Scouting Boston College
• The Eagles have won four of their last six games, but are 2-2 in ACC contests after a two-point loss to Virginia on Thursday.
• Junior Carolyn Swords, a preseason All-ACC selection, leads the Eagles in both scoring (14.5) and rebounding (10.3).
• Swords is very efficient around the basket and leads the nation in shooting percentage at 66.7 percent.
• Mickel Picco is tied for second in the ACC in three-pointers made per game with 2.6 per contest and is knocking down 35.7 of her shots from behind the arc.

Last Time Out
• Chasity Clayton scored 17 points and No. 15 Florida State beat Harvard 96-52 on Thursday night.
• FSU held Harvard to a season-low 21.8 percent shooting, the fifth time in seven games the Seminoles held their opponent under 35 percent. Florida State blocked seven shots, led by Jacinta Monroe's four, and outrebounded Harvard 55-34.
• There were 6 Seminoles in double-figures (Clayton-17, Harvin-13, Deluzio-12, Bravard-10, Monroe-10, Ward-10) for the first time this season.
• Courtney Ward moved into a tie for fourth place in the FSU career assist list with 10 on the night and now has 382 for her career. Ward needs just seven more to take second place.
• Three different players recorded double-doubles for the first time in 2009-10 - Clayton - 17pts, 10reb; Monroe - 10pts, 11reb; Ward - 10pts, 10asts.

• The Seminoles take to the road to wrap up January and open February as FSU will take on Duke on Friday at 8:30 p.m. before taking on North Carolina on Monday.
