Seminoles knock off the second-seeded Cardinal to earn first-ever trip to the Sweet 16.

2006-07: Played in all 34 games and started five games and averaged 16.8 minutes per game...had at least six rebounds in 19 games this season...scored in 30 games, including six or more points 12 times and double figures five times...led the team in rebounding nine times...was fourth on the team in rebounding at 5.4 per game...started at San Francisco and had a season-high 12 points and added seven rebounds in a career-high 27 minutes of play...had the same success vs. High Point with 12 points and seven rebounds...was just a point shy of her first career double-double when she had nine points and a team-high 10 rebounds in the win over Stetson...grabbed a career-high 12 rebounds to lead the Seminoles in the win over Tulsa...aggressive defender who made a difference every time she was in the game.

2005-06: Played in all 30 games in the middle for the Seminoles... had two starts...was a force to be reckoned with defensively and on the boards...pulled down a career-high 10 rebounds in the NCAA Tourney win over No. 17 Louisiana Tech in just 19 minutes of play to lead FSU and led the squad again with eight boards vs. No. 14 Stanford...had six boards in the win at Miami...scored in 19 games and grabbed four or more rebounds 11 times...was a defensive force at No. 3 North Carolina and had three steals while tying her career-high with nine rebounds in just 12 minutes of play off of the bench...had a strong showing vs. Lipscomb with nine points and three steals off of the bench...scored a season-high 10 points in the win over Montana and grabbed eight rebounds in the Western Carolina victory...was named to the Seminole Classic All-Tournament team after averaging 9.0 points and 6.0 rebounds per game...averaged just 12.1 minutes per game but played a season-high 21 minutes in the Montana win and has played 15 or more minutes in 12 games...a redshirt sophomore who played just FSU basketball this season after also playing FSU volleyball her first two seasons...nicknamed Country.

2004-05: Averaged 1.9 points and 2.6 rebounds per game and provided valuable minutes inside...played in 30 games...played nine or more minutes in 19 games, including double digit minutes 13 times...scored in 16 games...had the best game of her young career with career-highs of 15 points and nine rebounds in the Miami win...played a career-high 24 minutes in the Miami win...made her first career start in the Colgate win and played a career-high 18 minutes...grabbed a then-career-high eight rebounds in the Colgate win...joined the team for the Florida game after the conclusion of volleyball season...had three or more rebounds in 14 games...nicknamed "Big Country".

High School: A two-sport athlete in high school...also plays volleyball for the Seminoles...a four-year starter for Pickens High School... played in the North Carolina/South Carolina All Star game... earned Street & Smith Magazine honorable mention All-American honors in 2001 and 2002... was named a USA Today honorable mention All-American in 2002... among USA Today's South Carolina Top 25 the past two years... a three-time all-state and two-time all-region selection...named Pickens' women's basketball's 2001 and 2002 most valuable player... averaged 17.0 points and 12.0 rebounds while shooting 58 percent from the field... led Pickens' volleyball team to four consecutive state titles while earning all-state and all-region honors four straight years... the South Carolina Gatorade Player of the Year and High School Sports Report Ms. Volleyball in South Carolina... an honor roll student who earned a 3.86 grade point average.

Personal: Born on May 11, 1985 ...majoring in sports management...a three-time member of the ACC Academic Honor Roll...had her high school volleyball jersey number (22) retired in December 2004 and is the only female athlete at school to garner this honor.
