'Noles No. 12 In Coaches Poll

The Florida State women's basketball team earned another impressive ranking Tuesday when they were pegged as the No. 12 team in the country in the preseason ESPN/USA Today Coaches Poll. The ranking is the highest preseason honor in school history.

The Seminoles women's basketball team will partner with Meals on Wheels, ECHO Outreach and other organizations this November in an effort to raise canned goods for those in need.

No. 15 FSU Cruises Past...

Redshirt freshman Alexa Delzuio paced the No. 15 Florida State women's basketball team with 15 points as the Seminoles took down Valdosta State, 70-36, in an exhibition game Sunday at the Tucker Center. The Seminoles will open their 2009-10 regular season November 13 when North Florida visits Tallahassee for a 7 p.m. tip.

The 2009-10 Florida State women's basketball season has quickly arrived as the Seminoles will tip off against Valdosta State at 2 p.m. in the Tucker Center Sunday.
