Women's Basketball Unveils 1997-98 Schedule

TALLAHASSEE, FL -- Louisiana Tech and Georgia highlight the 1997-98 Florida State women's basketball schedule. FSU will travel to Ruston, La., for a Dec. 13th match up with Louisiana Tech, while Georgia will participate in the Tallahassee Democrat Seminole Classic, Dec. 5-6.

FSU has 13 home games, including two games in its own tournament, and seven regular season contests will be televised. The Tribe will once again participate in the Dial Soap/Florida Four Challenge with Florida, South Florida and Miami, to be played this season in Gainesville.

FSU will tip off the regular season with its annual showdown with cross-town neighbor Florida A&M. The game will be played at the Leon County Civic Center.
