TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Due to unfavorable weather conditions in Tallahassee, Fla., the match scheduled for March 19, 2000 at 1:00 p.m. against the 45th-ranked Florida State Seminoles and the 59th-ranked Georgia State Panthers has been postponed to a later date.

Florida State was entering the match with an 9-4 record on the season. Seven of those matches were matches won at home with two wins coming on the road. Three of the losses on the road came against 16th-ranked Texas Christian University, 12th-ranked Texas, and 30th-ranked Clemson. Georgia State was entering the match with a singles season record of 34-15 and a doubles season record of 7-18.

Florida State will play the University of Florida on Wednesday, March 22nd, in Gainesville.
