Senior Year (2002-03) Fall 2002 Season: Advanced to the doubles B draw semifinals in the Seminole Fall Classic with Jeff Groslimond…began the fall season winning his first four doubles matches with Mat Cloer… completed fall doubles play with a record of 6-2, going 4-1 with Cloer…won two of his last three singles matches of the fall season.

Junior Year (2001-02): Played in five tournaments in the fall notching a 5-7 record…saw limited singles play action in only one dual match as he was hindered by injury all season long…defeated Jimmy El-Koury of Jacksonville in that one contest…majority of his action came in doubles with partner Xavier Luscan at the No. 1 position…they won the ACC Indoor Doubles Championship in January and were ranked as high as 25th in the nation in doubles…posted a doubles record of 14-4 overall and 6-3 in dual matches.

Sophomore Year (2000-01): One of five members of the Seminoles to finish the season with a winning record…in fall action,went 2-4 in singles play and in doubles play had an 0-1 record while playing with Jarrod Owen…after losing his first match of the spring season,went on a three match winning streak including a win against Florida’s West Nott…would again go on a three match win streak two more times throughout the season…finished the season with a record of 15-11.

Freshman Year (1999-00): Started off his collegiate career with six straight wins including the Southern Intercollegiates Flight IV Championship...excelled in conference competition by posting a 5-2 record in the ACC...impressed during freshman campaign by holding down the No.6 spot with a 9-4 record... earned a straight set victory against Clemson’s Marko Dojanovic, the only ranked competitor he faced all year...had the most wins by an FSU freshman since Michael Ingham’s 26 in 1996-97.

High School and other Accomplishments: Named MVP of high school tennis team his junior and senior years...won the state championship his senior year going undefeated...in two years at Chamblee he lost only one match, to a top 10 nationally ranked high school player...competed in the Orange Bowl tournament his junior year as well as the Eddie Herr tournament...has ATP ranking in doubles.

Personal: Son of Paulo and Dora Laub…enjoys playing soccer in his free time...majoring in sport management...born on April 28, 1980.
