Coming off an outstanding summer season...will contend for a top spot in the 100 and 200 Breast...will remain an integral part of the Medley Relay teams...finished 4th in the 100m Breast at the Pan-Pacific Championships in Sydney this summer.

1999: Finished 14th in the 100 Breast, competed in the 200 Breast and was a member of the 10th place 400 Medley Relay at the NCAA Championships...finished 3rd in the 100 Breast and 2nd in the 200 Breast and as on the champion 200 and 400 Medley Relay at the ACC Championships in February...was 2nd in the 200 Breast against Virginia, Florida and at the Dallas Morning News Classic...was 2nd in the 100 Breast agaisnt LSU...won the 100 Breast and was 5th in the 200 Breast at the Notre Dame Invitational

1998: Competed in the 100 Breast and was on the 8th place 200 Medley Relay at the NCAA's... finished 2nd in the 100 Breast and was on the ACC Champion 200 Medley Relay team at the ACC's...named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll.

1997: Member of the ACC Champion 200 Medley Relay team, which also finished 7th at NCAA's...competed in the 100 Breast event at NCAA's...individually finished 7th in the 100 Breast at ACC's...swam a team best time in the 200 Breast event for the year in 2:02.93...ninth best time on the team in the 50 Free at 21.57...

PREP: Swam for the South Africa National Team at the Africa Games (1995), European Grand Prix (1996) and African Nationals (1997)...
