2003-04: Stepped up as the most consistent diver on the team
after the departure of All-American Louis Gagnet, earning Most
Valuable Diver honors at the annual team banquet...Had the best
finishes of any Seminole at the ACC Championships (Feb. 25-28)
with a pair of top-ten marks.... Scored Florida State's best finish on
the boards, taking sixth with a mark of 282.55 on the one-meter
board...Came back to post a tenth-place score of 415.15 during
the three-meter competition...Efforts during the year earned him
a spot at the NCAA Zone "B" Championships (March 12-
13)...Reset all three of his career-high marks, including a 306.75
on the three-meter board against NC State (Jan. 9) that ranked
tenth in the ACC in 2003-04...New standard on the one-meter
board was a 307.10 versus Florida A&M (Oct. 18)...Notched an 11-
dive three-meter score of 460.70 to take fifth at the Texas A&M
Invitational (Nov. 21). Also finished fourth on the one-meter with a
289.25...Posted 11 top-three finishes during the dual meet
season, including the winning three-meter score against the
Crimson Tide.
2002-03: Had an impressive showing at the ACC Championships
by scoring points with an eighth-place finish on the onemeter...
Added a 10th-place finish on the three-meter springboard
with a season-high 11-dive total of 414.05...Top mark on the onemeter
was 268.80
HIGH SCHOOL: Named all-state his sophomore, junior and senior
seasons...Pennsylvania State 2A one-meter champion...Threeyear
Eastern National qualifier on the one and three-meter boards.
PERSONAL: Born November 14, 1984...Majoring in
psychology...Son of Casey and Len Arlen.
