Fall 2006: A member of the Seminoles' starting line-up in three events and helped the team to three top 10 finishes...finished in a season-best tied for 31st in the individual standings at the Notre Dame Fighting Irish Gridiron Classic...helped the Seminoles finish in ninth place in the Inverness Intercollegiate, in third place at the Shoal Creek Intercollegiate and in fourth place at the Notre Dame tournament...played his best golf of the season at Notre Dame with season-best scores of 72 in the second round for his low single-round scored, 149 for 36 holes, 230 for the three-round event and tied for 31st finish in the individual standings... averaged 78.33 strokes in nine rounds during three tournaments.
Spring 2007: Began the season well as he was a total of eight strokes over par in the Florida State hosted Seminole Intercollegiate and the Hootie at Bulls Bay Invitational...his play in the early part of the season helped the Seminoles qualify for selection to the 2007 NCAA East Regional Championship...finished in a career-best tied for 10th place in the individual standings as he helped the Seminoles to a ninth place finish at the Seminole Intercollegiate...played well in all three rounds with scores of 73-70-76=219...was in a tie for 16th place after the first round, tied for fifth after the second round and finished in a tie for 10th to earn the best finish of his collegiate career...also played well at the Hootie at Bulls Bay Invitational as he finished with a 215 total and in a tie for 26th place in the individual standings...carded scores of 69-73-73=215 and finished as the Seminoles' fourth leading golfer in the individual standings...his 215 tournament score ranks as the second best of his career...averaged 75.89 strokes in nine rounds during three events.

Spring 2008: Played in one event and helped the Seminoles to a second place finish at the Gator Invitational...among the individual leaders after two round with a 145 total as he carded back-to back scores of 72-73 to help Florida State rank among the team leaders after 36 holes had been played...two of his three rounds played during the season were scored a below 75 with two of his three scores counting to the team total at the event...averaged 74.00 strokes per round in three rounds during one tournament...
Fall 2008: Played in one event - the Fighting Illini Invitational - and helped the Seminoles to a seventh place finish in the season opening event...closed the event with back-to-back scores of 74 after shooting an 82 on the first day of the event...was a total of eight over par in the second and third rounds after finishing with a 12-over par score of 82 in the first round...his scores of 74 in the second and third rounds helped Florida State move from 13th place after the first two rounds into seventh place in the final standings...averaged 76.67 strokes in three rounds during one tournament.
Spring 2009: Played as an individual in the Seminole hosted Florida State Spring Break Invitational at the Don Veller Seminole Golf Course...finished in fifth place with scores of 68-72 in the two round event...his score of 68 tied his career best with his fifth place finish was the best of he career...he was the Seminoles' fourth highest finishing player and finished ahead of three players who in Florida State's line-up for the event...his 36-hole of 140 was one stroke off of his career best score (139) for the frit 36 holes of an event...finished at minus four strokes under par to mark the first time during his Seminole career that he had finished under par during his 21 career events played...averaged 70.00 strokes in two rounds during one tournament.
Before Florida State: Graduated from Belleview High School in 2005...played as a member of the U.S. Junior World Cup team at the Junior World Cup Championship in Japan in June of 2005...a four-time America Junior Golf Association All-American...was an AJGA All-America Third Team selection in 2004 and holds a +4 handicap...Smith is the top-ranked prep player in the state of Florida and closed his prep career ranked eighth among all high school golfers in the nation...earned a pair of tied for fifth place finishes at the Rolex Tournament of Champions and the HP Boy's Junior Championship in 2004...carded his career-low score of 67 at the Rolex event and has carded seven rounds of sub-70 scores in the last two years and carded back-to-back scores of 69 as he finished in a tie for third place at the First American Title Avila Junior Classic in 2003.
