Fall 2001: Enjoyed the best season of his career as he competed in five tournaments as a member of the Seminoles' starting five...tied for first on the team in tournaments participated (five) and rounds played (15)...led the team with three rounds of par or better and 11 rounds with scores of 75 or below...his career-low single round score of 69 during the first round of the Mason Rudolph Collegiate Championships also tied for the team's low during the season...best tournament of his career came at Mason Rudolph as he established career-bests for low round , low 36-hole score (141), three-round tournament score (215) and tournament finish (tied for 22nd)...three consecutive tournaments to begin the Fall 2001 season saw him score a cumulative total of 14-over par...was one-over par at Kiawah Island, five-over at Mason Rudolph and eight-over at the Gary Koch Collegiate Championship...14 of his 15 single-round scores came in the 70's and 14 of his 15 scores (93.3 percent) counted toward the team score...averaged a career-low 74.53 strokes per round during 15 rounds in five tournaments...

Spring 2003: Participated in four of seven events as he battled injury throughout the season...best event of the season came in the Gator Invitational as he finished in a tie for 37th-place with a tournament score of 226...was the 10th time during his career he had carded a 54-hole tournament score of 226 or better...three single round scores of 75 or better with 74 total in the first round of the Gator Invitational and the second round of the Mercedes Benz Championship and a 75 in the second round of the Gator...played well at the Florida State hosted Seminole Intercollegiate with a 230 total for the event including a 76 in the second round...helped the Seminoles to three top-10 team finishes...averaged 77.42 strokes in 12 rounds during four tournaments...

Before Florida State: Graduated from Broadalbin-Perth High School in 1999...an all-state first-team selection in both 1998 and 1999...named the school's Player of the Year in the sport of golf as a senior...high school team Most Valuable Player all four years as a member of the varsity team (1996-99)...made the cut at the 1999 US Junior Amateur and finished in the top 15 in the 1999 Blue Grass Invitational...earned varsity letters in golf and basketball as a prep star...golf coach at Broadalbin-Perth was Roger Gifford.
