If there is one thing we've learned over the past few years, it's that Florida State fans are everywhere. No matter the location, Seminole fans make their presence felt.

Whether it's the chop or just a "Go Noles" to another person clad in garnet and gold, there is a instant connection between anyone associated with Florida State.

So when the Noles traveled to Charlotte for the ACC Championship Game, it was more than just a weekend of activities capped off with a football game. It was a family reunion for thousands of Seminole fans.

"It's part of being Florida State and part of following Florida State, we've got great fan support wherever we go," Tom Block said. "There's a big Charlotte Seminole Club here that's had great attendance all year long, and Charlotte does a great job hosting this game. There's a lot of 'Noles out, and it's fun."

"Even being here in Charlotte and seeing boosters come from all over for the ACC Championship, it's great," Everette Brown said. "Anyone who you bump into, it's a handshake or a smile or nod, it's some sort of acknowledgment to let them know that we're on the same page and we're family."

For fans of all ages, it was an opportunity to reconnect with everything Florida State. From the sounds of the Marching Chiefs, to fellow alumni and boosters, the weekend brought back fond memories of what it means to be a Seminole.

"It's great to be able to go anywhere in the world and if you run into another Seminole Booster, you're family," Brown said. "You can start a conversation, ask them anything, and they'll help you get adjusted to any city. We have boosters who travel the world and support the team, and you can't ask for anything more than that."

"To be a booster is to have that guarantee for seats," Charlotte Seminole Club President Bryan Neil said. "When the games are difficult to get a hold of, if it's a Notre Dame or an Oklahoma, I've got a seat. And I would never give that up for the rest of my life."

"Seminoles are proud of their university and proud of their team," Block said. "They're proud to wear the garnet and gold, and they'll be out in force tomorrow, as they always are, as Florida State brings home another ACC title."

And that's just what the Noles did on Saturday evening. An ACC title capped off a garnet and gold weekend in Charlotte for so many Seminole boosters.

They know what it means to be a Seminole and be part of such a long-standing legacy. Become part of our family today and experience what the Booster life is all about. Help ensure that our student-athletes have the chance to experience moments like these that make us all realize how special it is to be a Florida State Seminole.
