Homer Thomas Overcomes Odds to Earn Degree
Former Seminole football player Homer Thomas returned to Florida State to earn his degree 28 years after he finished playing for FSU.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla.- Former Seminole Homer Thomas played on one of the best defenses in Florida State football history. 28 years after his last game, Thomas returned to FSU to earn his degree. Thomas overcame a serious car accident that left his vision impaired to not only become a successful sport agent and business man, he also was able to earn his diploma and will continue his education in Law School.
