Junior Year (1998): Registered 22 solo tackles and 41 total on the season...started five games at strongside linebacker due to injuries to Tommy Polley and Lamont Green...made a season-high eight stops versus Miami and Virginia...recorded tackles for loss against North Carolina (2), Miami and Florida...had his only sack of the season at Miami...caused a fumble against UNC that led to a Sebastian Janikowski field goal...credited with 10 intimidations on the year...named to the kicking game Victor's Club against Texas A&M, USC and UNC and was selected as the special teams player of the game versus the Trojans by the coaching staff...earned Victor's Club honors against Duke, USC, Maryland, Miami, Clemson, Georgia Tech, Wake Forest and Florida.

Sophomore Year (1997): Totaled 28 tackles (eight solo) and three tackles for loss on the season...made his first career start against Maryland as Daryl Bush sat out with an injury and responded with a career-high 10 tackles and two tackles for loss... earned ACC Defensive Lineman of the Week for his efforts against the Terps...had a pair of four-tackle outings against both Duke and Wake Forest...recorded three tackles (one for loss) at Clemson...closed the season with three tackles and a pass break-up in the Sugar Bowl when Bush re-injured his knee in the first quarter.

Freshman Year (1996): Saw action in all 12 games as a reserve linebacker and member of special teams...credited with 10 tackles and one sack on the year...posted a season-high three tackles in FSU's 54-14 win over Southern Miss...lone sack came against Wake Forest.

1995: Redshirted.

High School: Two-way standout at Eustis...led his team to a pair of playoff appearances...earned FACA All-District 8 honors...also an all-area selection by the Orlando Sentinel.

Personal: Brother, Billy, was a member of last year's team and played fullback, offensive line and defensive line...father, Bill Sr., was a Hall of Fame offensive lineman at FSU...born January 25, 1977...majoring in sociology.
