Junior Year (1998): Played in all 13 games and registered 42 tackles on the season...backed-up All-ACC linebacker Lamont Green for most of the season...tallied a season-high six tackles against Georgia Tech and Wake Forest...lone tackle for loss came against Clemson...broke up passes versus Clemson and Wake Forest...caused a fumble at Miami...credited with six intimidations and three third-down stops on the year... garnered kicking game Victor's Club honors against Texas A&M, Duke and UNC...received Victor's Club recognition by defensive coaches for the Clemson and Wake Forest games.

High School: One of the nation's most highly-recruited defensive backs as a senior at FAMU High...rated as Max Emfinger's No. 7 strong safety prospect in the country ...SuperPrep's No. 44 rated player in Florida...Tom Lemming's No. 55 player in the Southeast and a member of his All-American team...member of Blue Chip Illustrated's All-Southeast region team...Florida Times-Union ranked him as the state's No. 2 strong safety prospect...registered 111 tackles as a senior...recorded seven interceptions and 14 pass break-ups ...made 135 tackles with eight interceptions as a junior...his high school's career leader in interceptions with 18 and tackles with 349...nine times over his final two years an opponent had to be helped off the field after getting hit by Rackley...also an effective fullback who had 65 carries for 415 yards and three touchdowns...averaged nearly 10 yards per carry as a junior...member of state championship basketball team.
