Freshman Year (1995): One of six members of his class to play as a true freshman...appeared in every game ...caught 14 passes for 157 yards...had a catch in all but two games...caught a 42-yard pass from Thad Busby in the Miami game...had three receptions each against NC State and Maryland.

High School: Rushed for 730 yards and 10 touchdowns on just 70 as a senior at FAMU High in Tallahassee...recorded 75 tackles, two sacks, three fumbles caused, three fumbles recovered, and seven interceptions on defense...returned 10 punts for 230 yards and one touchdown...returned nine kickoffs for 200 yards and one TD...became one of the South's hottest recruits following his senior season...Max Emfinger's No. 7 receiver ...Forrest Davis' second team All-South...National Recruiting Advisor's No. 5 strong safety...state champion in the triple jump as a junior...averaged 20 points for defending state basketball champions as a senior...finished third in the state high jump.
