Sophomore Year (1999): Finished fifth on the team with 202 yards and sixth with 14 receptions...averaged 14.4 yards per catch...ranked second behind only Peter Warrick with four touchdown receptions...recorded his first career TD in 42-10 win at North Carolina, a 35-yarder from Chris Weinke just before halftime...pulled down scoring catches of 12 and nine yards in FSU's 33-10 Homecoming win over Wake Forest ...season-long reception was a 30-yard touchdown from Weinke in the home finale vs. Maryland.
Freshman Year (1998): Reserve at flanker who appeared in eight games...backed up All-American Peter Warrick...caught two passes for 18 yards on the year...first catch of his career was a 10-yarder from Chris Weinke in the Seminoles' 26-14 win at Miami...also had an eight-yard reception in the win over North Carolina.
1997: Originally came to the program as a walk-on but was awarded a scholarship one week into fall practice...sat out the season as a redshirt.
High School: One of the state's top all-around players at Lee High School...played quarterback his final three seasons and passed for more than 3,100 yards...also rushed for over 2,000 yards during his career...led his team to the state semifinals as both a junior and senior...earned All-First Coast honors at quarterback...selected to play for the North team in the Florida Shrine Bowl...chose to walk-on at FSU despite receiving scholarship offers from Indiana and Marshall.
