He will explore other avenues.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Junior guard Geoff Brower has decided to leave the Florida State basketball program.
"We are disappointed that Geoff has decided to leave our program," said Florida State head coach Steve Robinson. "He has decided to explore other avenues and possibilities. We wish him well in whatever he chooses to do."
Brower has spent much of the 1997-98 season trying to recover from a torn anterior cruciate in his right knee. He suffered the injury in the second round of the Postseason NIT against Michigan State last March. The Fort Walton Beach native appeared in six games this season and averaged 3.3 points in 8.3 minutes per game.
Brower played in 61 games in his Florida State career and averaged 6.1 points per game.
