2001-02 Season
* 2001-02 Season Averages: 0.6 points, 0.8 rebounds and 1.6
assists as he played only in the first five games of the
season.
* Chronic knee problems forced him to miss most of his
sophomore season after playing in the first five games on the
Seminoles’ schedule.
* Had surgery to repair a torn lateral meniscus in his left
knee Jan. 29 by Seminole team doctor Dr. Tom Haney.
* Averaged a career-high 10.6 minutes in the five games he
played with a career-high 19 minutes coming against
Northwestern (Nov. 28) in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge.
* Career-high tying four assists in the nationally game on ESPN
against Northwestern.
* Recorded eight assists in only five games played for a career-
high 1.6 assists per game average.
* Multiple assists against Savannah State (Nov. 20) and
Northwestern.
* Hit the only basket of his abbreviated season as he stuck a 3-
pointer and scored three points against Northwestern.
* Season-high two defensive rebounds came in Florida State’s
victory over Savannah State to go along with three
points, two assists and one steal in 11 minutes during his
most complete performance of his short season.
* Double figure minutes came three times and Florida State
recorded a 3-2 record with Lowery in the lineup.
2000-01 Season
* 2000-01 Season Averages: 0.5 points, 0.8 rebounds and 1.3
assists in 27 games and 7.7 minutes per game.
* One of Florida State’s back-up point guard who played in 27
games and is averaged 7.7 minutes played per game.
* Has an assist:turnover ratio of nearly 1.7:1 with 37 assists
and only 22 turnovers in the first 24 games of the season.
* Recorded career highs in points (4 points) and rebounds (4
rebounds)against Duke on Feb. 4.
* Hit the first field goal attempt of his career against Rhode
Island (Nov. 25) in the first round of the Great Alaska
Shootout.
* Made the first two free throw attempts of his career in his
first collegiate game against Florida (Nov. 17).
* Three assists against Clemson in first career ACC Tournament
game on March 8, 2001.

* Came to Florida State after a stellar high school career at
Ashbrook High School and one season at Fork Union Military
Academy.
* An all-county first team pick as a sophomore and a junior.
