Strawberry and Mike Jones to eight points on two of 12 shooting from the field for the game...(vs. Miami): averaged 12.5 points, 1.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists in two games against NIT participant Miami....scored eight points (all in the second half) to lead Florida State past Miami, 67-64, in the final game of the regular season...the victory helped the Seminoles finish the regular season with a 19-8 overall record and a 9-7 (fifth place) mark in conference play...scored three baskets from the field in the second half - his first cut Miami's lead to two, his second cut the Seminoles' deficit to three and the third - a 3-pointer - tied the game at 50 with 8:10 remaining...starting with Galloway's 3-pointer, the Seminoles' closed the game on a 20-14 run to win the game...Galloway closed out Miami and forced the Hurricanes to attempt a potential game-tying 3-point shot with a made free throw with two seconds left in the game...Miami's full-court heave was close but did not fall and the Seminoles' earned the win...scored his season-high of 17 points and was credited with three assists and the Seminoles and Miami played an overtime contest in Tallahassee (Jan. 29)...his 17 points was the second-highest single-game point total of his career rivaled only by his career-high 21 points in the Seminoles' victory over No. 3 ranked Wake Forest on Jan. 18, 2005...scored 12 points in the second half to lead Florida State to a 43-40 advantage and helped the Seminoles tie the game and send it into overtime...made a season-high four 3-point shots in the game including three in the second half to pace the Seminoles' comeback...important 3-point shot came with 5:08 remaining and gave Florida State a 60-58 lead - a 3-point shot - came early in the first half as the Seminoles traveled to play in Raleigh (Feb. 15)...(vs. Virginia): averaged 9.5 points, 5.5 assists and 1.5 rebounds in two games against NIT participant Virginia as the Seminoles swept the season series from the Cavaliers...one of five Seminoles in double figures on a near-perfect five-of-six from the field as Florida State defeated Virginia, 76-62, in Tallahassee...four consecutive first-half points on two lay-ups gave the Seminoles a nine-point (28-19 lead) with 5:34 left in the second half as they cruised to a 39-28 halftime advantage...Florida State never trailed in the game and led by as many as 19 in the first half...scored seven points and played 39 of 45 minutes as the Seminoles won an overtime thriller, 87-82, in Charlottesville (Jan. 11)...scored the game-tying lay-up with 1:18 left in regulation that knotted the game at 77-77 and sent the contest into overtime...the Seminoles trailed for the final 10 minutes of the half before tying the game with the last points of the second half...Galloway scored on a steal and an assist from Jason Rich for his only points of the second half...was flawless in the overtime period as the Seminoles outscored the Cavaliers, 10-5, to gain the victory...played all five minutes in leading Florida State to their second ACC win of the season...(vs. Virginia Tech): averaged 4.5 points, 2.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists in two games against Virginia Tech...totaled two points, three assists and three rebounds as the Seminoles defeated the Hokies in Tallahassee (Jan. 7)...lone bucket of the game came with 3:44 remaining in the contest and gave the Seminoles a 65-60 lead...the Hokies closed to within two on three occasions in the last two minutes but could never take the lead and Florida State earned their first ACC win of the season...scored seven points as the Seminoles traveled to play at Virginia Tech (Feb. 25)...was a perfect four-of-four from the free throw line in the game...(vs. Wake Forest): scored two points and recorded five assists as the Seminoles defeated NCAA Tournament participant Wake Forest (Feb. 24) in the only meeting between the two teams during the season...Galloway's lone basket of the game helped Florida State pull nearly even at 12-13 with 15:14 remaining in the first half...after a slow start, the Seminoles, who trailed by as many as six in the first five minutes, recovered after Galloway's lay-up to take the lead for good on a 3-pointer by Alexander Johnson (15-13)...added three assists, including two on 3-point shots, in the second half as the Seminoles held the lead for the final 35 minutes of the game and earned their second ACC road win of the season...(vs. Butler and South Carolina in the NIT): averaged 2.5 points, 2.0 rebounds and 0.5 assists as the Seminoles advanced to the second round of the NIT with a victory over Butler and a loss to NIT Champions South Carolina...scored 0 points and was credited with 0 assists as he was limited to 12 minutes because of an ankle injury in the Seminoles' first round NIT victory over Butler (March 17)...played seven minutes in the first half and only five minutes in the second half because of the injury...Florida State won the game, 67-63...scored five points and pulled down four rebounds against South Carolina in the second round of the NIT (March 21)...scored the final points of the game and pulled Florida State into a one-point game with two free throws with five seconds remaining in the game...took the potential game-winning shot - AS A JUNIOR (2005): Averaged 6.1 points (sixth on the team), 2.0 rebounds (tied for eighth) and 3.0 assists (first) as the only Seminole to start all 31 games...led Florida State in assists for the second time in his career with 92 and 3.0 assists per game average...also led Florida State with a career-high 97 assists and a career-high 3.3 assists per game average as a freshman during the 2002-03 season...led the Seminoles in assists (97, 3.0 apg) and steals (35, 1.1 spg) for the first time in his career...marked only the 16th time in school history a player has led the Seminoles in assists and steals in the same season...enjoyed the best game of his career as he established career-high statistics with 21 points, eight field goals made, seven defensive rebounds and eight total rebounds while tying his career-high marks with 11 field goals attempted and three 3-point field goals made as the Seminoles defeated No. 3 Wake Forest on Jan. 18, 2005 in the Donald L.
