Danesh named Player of the Week, while Vigue earned Pitcher of the Week accolades.

Tallahassee, Fla. - Ohmed Danesh and Ryan Vigue were honored for their individual efforts in the Florida Collegiate Summer League during the week of July 7 - 13. Danesh was named Player of the Week, while Vigue earned Pitcher of the Week accolades.

Danesh posted a .307 (4-for-13) batting average for the Winter Park Diamond Dawgs registering three runs, four RBI, three walks and a stolen base. The sophomore outfielder slugged .437 for the week while collecting a .307 slugging percentage.

Vigue went seven strong innings in a win for the Sanford River Rats. The freshman lefthander gave up three runs and two walks while striking out five. He limited opponents to a .222 batting average on the week.
