TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - The Florida State baseball leadoff dinner is set for Thursday, February 14 at the Duesenberg Banquet Hall at the Tallahassee Antique Car Museum. Festivities begin with a social hour at 6:00 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m.
This annual event, which is in its 28th year, represents the official start of the Seminole baseball season. Head coach Mike Martin will take the stage to introduce this year's ball club as well as share his thoughts on the upcoming season.
Seating for the dinner is limited. General admission seating is $30.00 per person. VIP Patron seating is also available at $150.00 which includes dinner for two with team members. Additional patron seating is $75.00 per person. A family of four (including two adults and two children - high school and younger) is also available for $100.00. The Seminoles will open the 2013 season at home with a three-game weekend series against Rhode Island beginning Friday, February 15. First pitch on opening day is set for 4:00 p.m.
