2007: NCBWA preseason second team All-American and Roger Clemens Award watch list member.

2006: Filled a huge hole created in the Seminole bullpen when Tyler Chambliss moved to the starting rotation...filled in by going 2-1, recording nine saves and posting a 1.06 ERA in 27 appearances... with a few more innings pitched, Tucker would have led the NCAA in ERA...named to the NCBWA's mid-season Stopper of the Year Award watch list...posted an opponent batting average of just .128...with more work Tucker would have had the lowest ERA and opponent batting average in the ACC...was seventh in the ACC in saves...went 18 innings without allowing a run during the season...pitched at least one inning in 12 straight outings at one point...averaged 1.5 K's per inning of work or 13.5 per nine innings...recorded multiple strikeouts in nine of his last 12 appearances, had a strikeout in 10 straight games and at least one K in 23 of his 27 appearances...there were only four games in 2006 where Tucker allowed a run and he gave up just one earned run in his last 27 1/3 innings dating back to March 7...right-handers hit just .094 off of him and he had a K:BB ratio of better than 3:1...led the Seminoles in ERA, opponent batting average, batting average versus lefties and righties and opponent average with two outs...teams hit just .059 versus Tucker with the bases empty...allowed only 19% of batters to reach to start off an inning...led the Seminoles in fewest hits, runs, earned runs and strikeouts per nine innings...allowed just one extra base hit all season, a double.

ACC: All-ACC Academic Team selec-tion...dominant in conference play posting a 0.63 ERA in 11 appearances...recorded four ACC saves...allowed just one earned run in 14.1 innings pitched...did not allow a run to score in 10 of his 11 games... walked just six batters and struck out 21... ACC hitters batted just .151 versus Tucker ...led FSU in fewest hits, runs, earned runs and strikeouts per nine innings...did not allow an extra base hit to any ACC hitter ...had more strikeouts than walks in 10 of his 11 appearances...sixth in the ACC in saves in conference play...with enough innings his .151 opponent batting average would have been the lowest in the conference by more than 40 points and his ERA would have been three-quarters of a run lower than anyone else.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL: Named second team All-Panhandle Conference in 2004 and 2005...went 3-3 last season with seven saves and a 4.23 ERA in 38 1/3 innings...opponents hit just .224 off the rightie...appeared in 22 games and made two starts...was 9-4-1 with a 4.81 ERA in 2004...pitched 82.3 innings and struck out 74 batters while issuing just 13 walks.

HIGH SCHOOL: Class 5A all-state honorable mention after posting an 8-2 record as a senior...named first team all-area as a junior and a senior...two-time recipient of the Niceville High's Outstanding Pitcher Award...went 5-2 with four saves his junior season.
