Freshman Year (2003): Had two doubles in his first two career at bats against VMI (1/31) his first collegiate start in left field vs. Stanford on 2/7...his first career home run came against Evansville (2/16)...started all three games vs. Evansville in left field...went 4-for-7 in the Appalachian State series with three runs scored and two RBI...went 2-for-3 with a a run scored vs. Siena (3/5)...went 2-for-4 with two runs scored, two RBI and a double against St. Joseph's (3/12)...drove in two runs while going 3-for-3 against The Citadel (3/26)...three hits marked a career-high...missed the six-game Miami series with a sprained hand....tied a season-high with three hits at Jacksonville (5/6)...went 1-for-1 with a run scored, an RBI and a double at Maryland (5/9)...did not play in the ACC Tournament or in the NCAA Regional (hand injury).
