2007: Led all relievers in ERA (1.39) with at least 10 appearances...went 2-0 with 27 strikeouts...gave up just five earned runs in 32.1 innings of work in 2007...has given up runs in 12 of 42 career appearances, a span covering 63.2 innings...opponents hit a team-low .205, while he limited the opposition to a .121 batting average with runner's on base...closed out the season with a scoreless innings pitched streak of 13.1 innings, a span covering 10 straight relief appearances...matched his career-high in innings pitched with 4.0 against Jacksonville...gave up a run in one inning of relief against Boston College, snapping his run of seven scoreless innings earlier in the year...topped his four innings of work against Jacksonville with a career-high 4.1 innings against the Wolfpack of NC State in Raleigh...posted two or more strikeouts in eight appearances...both victories came in league play pitching wins against Wake Forest (3/16) and North Carolina (4/21)...pitched 16.1 innings in 11 appearances in the ACC posting a 2.20 ERA...closed out the season with two strikeouts in 0.2 innings of work against Mississippi State in the NCAA Tallahassee Regional.

2006: One of the top freshman hurlers for FSU who played a key role out of the bullpen and started two games as well...the only freshman to start a game for Florida State in 2006...led all first-year players in ERA...combined on one shutout...did not allow a run in 11 of his 19 appearances...recorded at least one strikeout in 14 of his 19 games...both lefties and righties hit below .300 versus the freshman...teams hit just .250 off him with runners on base...pitched in 11 ACC games, second-most on the team...only All-Americans Tyler Chambliss, Bryan Henry and Luke Tucker had lower ERA's in ACC games in 2006...only freshman to start a conference game...held ACC opponents to a .279 batting average...conference batters hit just .212 versus Marshall with runners on base...averaged more than two strikeouts for ever walk he issued...recorded at least one strikeout in nine of his 11 appearances.
