Senior who could see action anywhere in the infield or as a back-up catcher this year…has seen playing time at first base, third base and catcher over his Florida State career …played in a total of 32 games, starting five at first base for the Seminoles last season…had his best outing of the 2002 season when he went 3-for-5 with an RBI-double at Wake For-est (3/30)…forced to take a medical redshirt in 2000 after break-ing his leg early in the season.

2002 AS A JUNIOR: Started five games at first base for the Seminoles...had his best outing of the year when he went 3-for-5 with an RBI double at Wake Forest on March 30... drove in a season-high two RBI against Miami on April 7.

2001 AS A SOPHOMORE: Saw action in 38 games, starting all six games of the NCAA Re-gional and Super Re-gional at third base… established a career-high with three hits against Wake Forest (5/19) in the ACC Tournament…his only home run of the season, a two-run homer, keyed an 11-6 FSU win over Georgia in the Super Re-gional… also knocked in two runs against Michigan State on 3/3.

2000: Red-shirted after frac-turing his tibia in the third inning against Florida on 2/27.

1999 AS A FRESHMAN: Started 20 games, mostly as a designated-hitter...also started behind the plate and at third base...occasionally took over for Jeremiah Klosterman at catcher in the late innings...had a two-hit game vs. UNC Asheville on 2/31...his first career homer was a two-run shot vs. UNC on 3/28...belted a three-run homer against Jackson-ville on 4/14...knocked in two runs with a pinch-hit double at Miami (4/23)...scored two runs at Georgia Tech (5/1)...stepped up with a pinch-hit double vs. Clemson in the ACC Tourna-ment and scored a run...average reached a high point of .310 on 4/25...knocked in three runs in FSU’s Regional win over Providence…played in the Valley League over the summer.

PREP: A four-year letterman in baseball...earned all-state honors as a junior and senior...an all-county selection in each of his four seasons...garnered all-Suncoast honors in his jun-ior and senior seasons...led his county in home runs as a junior...selected to play on the Florida All-Star Team...named 1998 American Legion Player of the Year...an honor student.
