2013: Named a Freshman All-American by Baseball America, Collegiate Baseball, Perfect Game and the NCBWA...led the Seminoles in hits (82), batting average (.364), doubles (25) and slugging percentage (.560)...finished second on the team in RBIs (59)...started games in all three outfield positions (35-LF, 14-CF, 2-RF), in addition to nine games as the DH...ranked nationally in doubles (6th) and doubles per game (14th - .42)...hit five home runs, including a walk-off home run in the 10th inning vs. Rhode Island (2/17) marked the Seminoles first walk-off home run since Mike McGee hit one vs. Vanderbilt in game one of the Super Regionals in 2010...hit .362 with runners in scoring position...had 26 multi-hit games, including a season-high three hits eight the NCAA Tournament, batted .524 (11-for-21) with a home run, eight RBI and an .810 slugging percentage...enters 2014 with a 17-game hitting streak and a streak of 27 games reaching base the ACC, ranked third in doubles, fourth in batting average, fifth in on base percentage, seventh in RBIs, eighth in slugging percentage and ninth in the ACC Tournament from May 22-25, hit .667 (8-for-12) with a double, triple, and two runs game two of a doubleheader against Georgia Tech on March 22, went 2-for-4 with six RBIs and two runs scored...hit a fifth-inning grand slam in the game...the six RBIs tied with two others for the most in the conference on the season...against Jacksonville on April 23, went 2-for-4 with five RBI and two runs scored and a walk...ended the season hitting .564 over his final ten games...hit .636 in the Tallahassee Regional en route to being named to the All-Tournament team...finished the regional with seven hits including four that went for extra bases - three doubles, one home run - six runs scored and seven RBI...recorded multiple hits in all five tournament games...raised his average 26 points over the final eight games with multiple hits in each game including three hits three times...played over the summer with the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox of the Cape Cod League - named a Cape League All-Star after hitting .274 with four home runs, 11 doubles and 25 RBI in 35 games.

HIGH SCHOOL: A multi-sport athlete at The Bolles School in Jacksonville...played football and was a four-year baseball starter playing in the outfield...batted .424, drove in 29 runs and hit an area-best record nine home runs as a senior...collected a total of five combined state championships in his career at Bolles (three in football and two in baseball)...awarded the 2012 Player of the Year in Baseball for the North Florida region...also earned feats of All-First Coast and second team All-State in football his senior year.
