2012: Second team Preseason All-American by Louisville Slugger/Collegiate Baseball Newspaper and third team accolades from the NCBWA...garnered second team All-America honors from Louisville Slugger/Collegiate Baseball...appeared in all 67 games, making 66 starts, in leading the Seminoles back to the College World Series...finished the season as the team leader in doubles (24), while ranking tied for second in the ACC...also ranked among the national leaders in doubles (8th), runs (21st), total bases (41st), doubles per game (45th), hits (47th) and runs per game (81st)...hitting from the No. 2 spot in the line-up for a majority of the season, Travis finished the year hitting .325 with 87 hits, 63 runs, eight home runs and 44 RBI...a two-time, first team All-ACC honoree at second base, Travis also earned a spot on the 2012 College World Series All-Tournament team after leading all hitters with a .563 average (9-for-16)...made CWS history becoming the first player to record four consecutive multi-hit games to open the series since Stanford's John Gall performed the feat in 1999...also had a stellar defensive year at second base posting a .977 fielding percentage as he committed just seven errors in 299 chances...selected in the 13th round by the Detroit Tigers in the 2012 MLB First Year Player Draft.

2011: Named a first team All-ACC honoree after hitting .329 in 60 games...led the league in doubles with 26 - tied for the eighth most in a single season in Florida State history...ranked in the top in the ACC in three other offensive categories including on-base percentage (4th), runs scored (5th) and walks (8th)...all 59 starts came at second base...tied for the team lead with 26 multi-hit games...tied a career-high with six three-hit games including a three-hit performance in the winner's bracket game of the NCAA Tallahassee Regional against Alabama...scored three runs four times to tie a career-high...first three-run game came in the rubber game at Georgia in which the Noles won 7-5...opened the season with a pair of two-hit games against VMI...put together a career-best nine-game hit streak during the early portion of his sophomore campaign...streak included five multi-hit games and two three-hit performances (at Georgia and vs. Maine)...drove in a career-high four runs after going a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate against Maine...tied his RBI career-high total driving in four in the middle game of the series at Virginia Tech...hit .583 (7-for-12) in leading FSU to a series victory over UCF...scored five runs and drove in four while collecting two doubles and two home runs...finished the year hitting .297 against league foes and .320 in the NCAA Tournament...was named to the NCAA Tallahassee Regional after hitting .286 with three runs scored and an RBI in leading FSU to a win over Bethune-Cookman and two wins over Alabama.

2010: Established himself as the starting second baseman and fireplug after missing the first 17 games with a broken hamate bone...batted .276 with 22 RBI over 50 games, including 46 starts...led the team with 14 total sacrifices (10 sac bunts, 4 sac flies), which ties Mike Martin, Jr. ('94) for the sixth on FSU's single season list... committed just one error in last 45 games and carries a 28-game errorless streak (122 fielding opportunities) into the 2011 season...finished with a.980 fielding percentage...collegiate debut came in the middle game of the North Carolina series as a defensive replacement in the eighth inning...made first stat at second base in the second game against Maryland and followed with his first hit in the fifth inning...first and second RBI came in win over Florida at Jacksonville...recorded first multi-hit game in the series finale at Wake Forest...also set career-highs in ABs (5) and runs (2) while registering his first career triple in the seventh...first home run - a two-run shot - came in opening game of the series...hit .333 in the Miami series with a solo homer in the second inning of the series finale to tie the game at 3-3...hit .500 against NC State recording five hits including a pair of doubles...tied career-highs with two hits and two RBI in games 2 & 3...hit .357 in the ACC Tournament with four of his five hits in the tournament going for extra bases - two doubles, one triple and a homer...drove in five runs over the last two games, including a career-high three RBI against Boston College...batted .273 in the NCAA Norwich Regional including two hits in the first meeting with Oregon...came up with a big assist for the third out in the top of the eighth of the championship game against Oregon, saving a run in a two-run victory...batted .455 in the Super Regional against Vanderbilt with a pair of two-hit games...registered at least one hit in all three games of the College World Series...finished the postseason hitting .324 (11 for 34) with two doubles and a triple.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year varsity player for Palm Beach Central High School... named Big School's Player of the Year as a senior in 2009...hit .483 with two home runs, 26 RBI and 21 stolen bases in his final season...received second team all-state honors as a junior and followed that with first team all-state accolades as a senior...also earned first team all-county honors as a freshman and junior...batted. 462 with four home runs as a junior...hit .367 as a freshman...was an Honor Roll student at Central.

PERSONAL: Son of Tony and Tammy Travis...member of the 3.0 GPA Club at FSU (Fall 2009, Spring 2011)...two-time member of the ACC Academic Honor Roll (2009-10, 2010-11)...played for the Cape Cod League Bourne Braves in the summer of 2010...major is marketing...born February 21, 1991.
