Experienced senior left-hander who could see time as a starter or a reliever…went 6-0 in his first season at FSU in 2002…earned his first career win as a starter against The Citadel (3/20)…added five more victories in relief. 2002 AS A JUNIOR: Saw time as a starter and a reliever...started two mid-week games against Siena and The Citadel...got the win against The Citadel (3/20) after going five innings and allowing two earned runs on six hits with five strikeouts...five of his six wins have came in relief...pitched a career-high five innings against The Citade and Duke (5/6)...re- corded an RBI-single and struck out a career-high seven bat-ters in the start vs. Duke...pitched three innings of relief vs. Georgia Tech in the ACC Tournament, allowing two runs and striking out three. JUNIOR COLLEGE: Voted to the All-Conference team his freshman and sophomore years at Gulf Coast Community College…set four school records his sophomore year at GCCC, single-season strikeouts (107), strikeouts for two-years (190), starts in a season (15), career starts (27).
