2012: Went 0-1 with a 5.04 ERA in 28 appearances...ranks 10th all-time in appearances at FSU with 94...first start of the season came at Jacksonville...threw two shutout innings in facing the minimum recording four groundouts and a pair of fly outs...worked two scoreless innings in the series finale against FIU allowing just two hits...threw an inning against Maine and stuck out a season-high two hitters...had his best relief stint of the season at Wake Forest appearing in two games and throwing a combined 3.1 scoreless innings allowing four hits, no walks and six strikeouts - recorded three strikeouts in both outings to set a season-high...worked a scoreless inning in relief against Rhode Island in game two to preserve a shutout - faced four batters, striking out two and walking one...threw a season-high 3.1 innings at Stetson in game two of a mid-week split...appeared in the final game of the season against Arizona in the CWS, tossing a scoreless, hitless inning.

2009: Second team Freshman All-American by Ping! Baseball...went 6-2 with a 3.97 ERA in his first season at Florida State...used primarily out of the bullpen in the early portion of the season before finding a spot in the weekend rotation in week five...finished tied for 10th in the ACC for innings pitched at 90.2...inherited 11 runners in six relief appearances allowing only four to score...entered a game as a relief pitcher with the bases loaded three times in 2009...slammed the door on the competition with runners on base limiting opponents to a .210 batting average...tied for the team lead with five pickoffs...earned his first career start at Florida on March 17...first weekend start came in the middle game against Clemson as he worked 5.1 innings in earning a no decision...registered first collegiate win at Maryland, working a career high 8.0 innings...allowed two runs on four hits and struck out five...went 6+ innings in three straight ACC starts, picking up victories in each game...finished league play with a 4-1 record and a 4.44 ERA... picked up the win against Miami in the ACC Tournament, clinching a spot for FSU in the ACC championship game...held the Hurricanes to two runs on four hits in 6.0 innings of work...in two starts against Miami, allowed just five hits while striking out six...pitched the opening game of the NCAA Tallahassee Regional against Marist working 4.2 innings in a no-decision...posted a career-high eight strikeouts in his final start of the season against Arkansas in the NCAA Super Regional...earned a no decision after limiting the Razorbacks to just two runs on six hits over 6.0 innings.

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned first team All-State honors as a senior after posting an 8-2 record with a 0.54 ERA...registered 83 strikeouts in 64.1 innings of work in leading West Boca Raton to the Regional Semifinals...was also member of the All-Area team...as a junior,Busch helped West Boca Raton to the 2007 Regional Finals...was a member of the South All-Stars at the Dick Howser Senior All-Star Showcase played inside Roger Dean Stadium in Jupiter, Fla.
