Junior made her first NCAA Indoor Championships appearance at 3000 meters after placing fifth in the mile in 2011...posted an automatic qualifying time of 9:09.83 at the SPIRE Invitational...has had an outstanding indoor season on the heels of an All-American cross country campaign...would have qualified for nationals in the mile based on her team-leading 4:37.30...won the ACC Championship at 3000 meters (9:27.96), pulling away from the pack over the final 800...also lent a blazing 4:34 1600 split to FSU's ACC record-setting distance medley relay team (11:08.17)...wonderful combination of speed and strength enables her to move around through distance events. 2011: Cross Country - co-captain led the FSU women to ACC and NCAA South Region championships, as well as a fourth-place NCAA finish...spent nearly the entire season as the Seminoles' No. 1 runner...after fourth-place finishes in team victories at Notre Invitational and Pre-Nationals, scored a runner-up performance at the ACC Championship as the `Noles brought home the trophy for a fifth consecutive season...followed up by winning the individual NCAA South Region title, leading a 1-2-3 FSU sweep and earning South Region Performer of the Year honors...earned All-American honors with a 34th-place finish at NCAA Championship meet. Outdoor - season was highlighted by a then career-best 4:18.12 in the ACC Championship 1500-meter finals, which was good for second place and All-ACC honors...qualified for NCAA First Round in the 1500...established new PRs in both the 1500 and 800 on the year, with a 4:16.20 at the Payton Jordan Cardinal Classic in Palo Alto, Calif., and 2:06.61 at the Kent Taylor Carolina Invite in Chapel Hill, N.C. Indoor - highlight of the season came with fifth-place finish in the mile at the NCAA Championships (4:35.16)...also claimed her first ACC title in the mile (4:40.34)...scored a victory at the Razorback Invitational in the mile. 2010: Cross Country - was in the lineup for the Seminoles' NCAA Championship runner-up finish...top performance of the year came with a seventh-place finish at Pre-Nationals in Terre Haute, Ind., posting a 6k time of 20:32.8...followed up with an 18th-place finish as the Seminoles continued their string of ACC Championship victories. Outdoor - qualified in the 1500 for the NCAA East Region...posted the fastest time in the preliminary round of the 1500 at the ACC Outdoor Championships (4:29.86), but illness left her one spot short of scoring in the finals...established a new personal-best in the 1500 at the Seminole Twilight (4:19.29)...registered then a PR in the 3000 meters (9:32.74) at the Seminole Invitational. Indoor - closed her freshman season at the NCAA Indoor National Championship meet, where she qualified in the mile after running 4:41.08 at the Alex Wilson Invitational...was runner-up to teammate Pilar McShine in the mile at the ACC Indoor Championships, earning All-ACC honors for the first time. 2009: Cross Country - contributed immediately for the `Noles, finishing in FSU's top five in four of five major races, capped by her 33rd-place finish at the NCAA Championship...earned All-American honors for the Seminoles, whose runner-up team finish was the best in school history...earned NCAA South All-Region honors after finishing 19th. Personal: Has earned All-ACC Academic honors in cross country and track every semester, as well as USTFCCCA All-Academic cross country honors for three consecutive years...has been on the Dean's List at the conclusion of each of her five semesters at FSU...majoring in sport management and aspires to a coaching career...enjoys drawing and painting...starred for Georgia AAAAA powerhouse Collins Hill, contributing to four of the program's six consecutive state cross country titles...was 2008 Gatorade Gross Country Running of the Year after winning the individual title as a senior...also won the Nike Cross Nationals Southeast Regional title, qualifying for the national championship meet...won back-to-back 1600 and 3200 AAAAA state titles as a junior and senior in track...earned All-American honors in the mile as well as a member of her school's 4x800 relay team...claimed Nike Outdoor Nationals All-American honors in the two-mile and as a member of the winning distance medley relay...was a high school teammate of current `Nole Jackie Drouin...born Dec. 10, 1990.
