2003 All-ACC team, 2003 All-South Region

2003 Season: Finished .6 seconds behind NCAA South Region winner Georgia's Simon Ngota for a second place finish... One of five Seminoles named to the All-South Region team... earned All-ACC honors after finishing fourth overall at the ACC Championships meet, also helping FSU to a second place finish - their highest since joining the conference in 1991... has finished first for the Noles three times this season including three top 20 finishes... placed 16th overall at the Great American Cross Country Festival, leading FSU with a time of 26:14.3... Helped the Garnet and Gold to a ninth place finish at NCAA Pre-Nationals, clearing the 8K course in a personal collegiate best time of 24:03.1, good for 27th place overall...
2002 Season: Went to the NCAA Championships for a second straight season, finishing in 107th place, completing the 10K course in front of half the group and a season best time of 31:10... earned All-Regional honors for the second year in a row after finishing fourth at the NCAA South Regional Championships... the only Seminole named to the All-ACC team following a seventh place finish (8k - 24:48) at the conference meet... only Seminole to be listed on the All-ACC team twice and make consecutive trips to the NCAA National Championships as an individual...
2001 Season: Named ACC Freshman of the Year in addition to earning a spot on the All-ACC team... Finished sixth overall at the ACC Championships meet en route to placing fifth in the NCAA South Regionals and earning a spot at nationals...
Prep: Competed at the World Junior Cross Country Championships in 1999 and ran in the European Junior Cross Country Championships from 1998-2000... ran the 10,000-meter run at the 1999 World Junior Track and Field Championships...
