Should build on a very solid freshman season which saw him earn one victory and contribute to a fifth-place NCAA Cross Country Championship team finish...brings momentum into season after winning European Junior Championship steeplechase title over the summer...selected as one of three tri-captains.

Cross Country

2012: Toed the starting line in six meets for the Seminoles as a true freshmen...won collegiate debut at the Virginia Tech Invitational/Pre-ACC meet, covering the 8k course in 25:08.53 which proved to be a performance came at home during the NCAA South Regional, when he placed 17th over the 10k course in 30:59.3 to earn All-Region honors.

Track & Field

2013: Outdoor - Was outstanding in his freshman season on the track for the `Noles...posted the third-fastest time in FSU history for the 3000m steeplechase (8:34.42) at the Payton Jordan Invitational to finish 11th in a field of national and world-class runners...that ranked as the No. 2 time in Division I heading into the NCAA postseason...qualified for the NCAA Championship but suffered a fall in the preliminary heat...was a key figure in the Seminole men capturing the ACC Championship title, winning the steeplechase and adding a fourth-place finish in the 1500 (3:45.59)...lowered that 1500 personal-best at the Virginia Challenge (3:45.47). Indoor - saw limited action, competing at 3000m in two meets with a season-best 8:24.71 at the Razorback Invitational...ran opening 1200m leg on FSU's fourth-place distance medley relay at the ACC Indoor Championship meet.


Continues a long-standing pipeline of distance standouts from Great Britain to compete for the Seminoles...has demonstrated great range from the 1500m to cross country at the junior level, but thrives in the steeplechase...placed ninth in the 3000m steeplechase at the 2012 World Junior Championships...was fifth at the 2011 World Youth Games in the 2000m steeplechase...won the 2011 Commonwealth Games as well as the 2010 European Youth Championship steeplechase titles over 2000m...pursuing degree in business...was coached by his father, Jeff, while competing for Bracknell AC...enjoys soccer and fishing...born June 28, 1994.
