Prep Enjoyed an outstanding career for veteran coach Doug Butler at Holy Trinity, emerging as one of the state's top runners as a senior...helped team to back-to-back 1A state titles in cross country in 2010 and 2009 and was a scorer on runner-up teams as a sophomore and freshman...finished fourth individually at the 1A championship in 18:04.36 as a senior, improving 17 positions and 1:43 from her state finish as a junior...capped her high school career by winning the FACA All-Star meet at Apalachee Regional Park, which is now her home course with the Seminoles...notched her 5k cross country PR of 17:49 at the Holy Trinity Fall Classic...finished third in the 3,200 at the 1A state track meet...posted a personal best 11:09.86 at the Florida Relays, where she was eighth.

Personal

An accomplished student, she was a member of the National Honor Society at Holy Trinity...also a member of the National Art Honor Society...plans to major in psychology at FSU and pursue a career as an industrial/organizational psychologist...also aspires to run marathons...the daughter of Paul and Diana Ristow...born June 3, 1993.
