CROSS COUNTRY - 2010: Lined up and competed in two meets...placed 35th at the FSU Invitational, covering the 8k course in a career best 26:25...came back the following week and scored in the No. 5 spot for the B-team at the Royal Cross Country Challenge in Charlotte, N.C., where he was 94th in 26:36.

Was MVP at Bishop Verot as a senior in track...placed third at the 2009 2A state meet in the 3,2000 (9:47.99)...holds the school record in the 3,200...followed that up with a victory in the 3,000 at the Golden South Meet (9:16.96)...also competed in cross country, placing 28th in the Florida 2A state meet as a senior with a PR of 16:24...also qualified for the state cross country meet as a junior, placing 42nd.
